9. Warranty

9.1 Play Strong Company Limited provides a warranty of 1 -3 years for Commercial grade products and 1 year or less for Home Use grade products / Warranties may vary according to the product, brand, discount or offer from the company. The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects only.

9.2 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident or normal wear and tear. It is at the discretion of Play Strong Company Limited to determine whether the damage is within the warranty coverage or not.

9.3 The warranty will end immediately when the product is moved or modified without notifying Play Strong Company Limited first.

9.4 If you want to claim warranty service Please contact our customer service within the warranty period. By providing details of the problem and proof of purchase. We may require you to return defective products for inspection.

9.5   Play Strong Company Limited will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective products or provide equivalent products. Expenses for organizing Delivery of products for warranty service will be the responsibility of the customer.

9.6 The warranty is not transferable.
